The Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Rajasthan on July 30, 2026, notified regarding the Real-time uploading of inspection reports under the State Business Reform Action Plan (SBRAP) and District Business Reform Action Plan (DBRAP).
The order issued under the State Business Reform Action Plan (SBRAP) and District Business Reform Action Plan (DBRAP) supersedes the earlier departmental order dated September 14, 2017. It directs all Legal Metrology Officers to upload the inspection report of every commercial establishment, institution, or business inspected on the CIS Portal in real time. The inspection report is required to be uploaded within 24 hours of the inspection, ensuring timely reporting and greater transparency in the inspection process.
